I grant Wesley Academy permission to use my child's photo / video image for the purposes of preschool publicity or special programming.
The school may use my child's photo on display boards in the church, on presentations, preschool publications, and / or on the preschool website. In addition, my child's photo may be included in "closed group" classroom Dojo pages and the Wesley Facebook page.
