Welcome to the Memorial Fund Grant Request Page!
Who is eligible to apply?
-Grants are awarded to organizations, and/or individuals who are working to further the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.
When are applications available?
-Applications are available online starting May 1-Sept 30 each year.
How often can one apply?
-An organization can apply for a grant 3 consecutive times and no more than 4 times within an 8 year time frame.
How does the process work?
-Upon completion and submission of the application, a committee member will reach out within a week to gather any other necessary details. At that point, committee members will decide if the application meets our guidelines. Once an application has been submitted and accepted, fundraising for the match may begin. Organizations/individuals are responsible for providing a 1/2 match of the total amount they are requesting. The Memorial Fund Grant Committee holds a Congregational Hearing in November to allow church members to hear all accepted applications. A church vote is then held in early December, at which time, all available monies are allocated to those projects deemed necessary by church members. A committee member will be in touch in December to provide information regarding the result of the vote. Letters are sent out in early January specifying the amount the applicant is responsible to provide a match for.
Congratulations to our 2023 Memorial Fund Grant Recipients!
